I can not imagine a group portrait reduced to a picture of individuals planted next to each other.

Photographically, what matters to me is to look for connivance and the link to express cohesion and give weight to the image. Bringing the looks and expressions of the body to the same goal or put in place the best light is not enough. It is necessary that a force emerges from the inside, that it comes from the group.

Although the shooting time is sometimes only seconds, I pay close attention to the environment, the point of view and the action before and during the shooting. It is a moment of high concentration and a perilous exercise when the group is numerous or moving.

Just a little imagination to switch from a banal group view to the photographic expression of a moment of cohesiveness, it is much more exciting and rewarding to dig a little brain on these portraits that to let go of ease.
